I'm Elena. I teach the way I practice: softly, and in small rooms. No studio with a hundred mats, just a quiet space, a steady breath, and the same handful of movements returned to until they feel like home.
The membership is my way of sitting with you each morning, wherever you are. A few minutes of breath before the day asks anything of you.
